1. Scope of Services

Our service provides static architectural and security reviews of submitted source code. This is an entirely static analysis process. It does not include code execution, environment access, dynamic application security testing (DAST), or penetration testing of your live infrastructure.

2. Client Responsibilities & Data Sanitization

You confirm that you are the rightful owner or an authorized representative permitted to share the submitted codebase. Furthermore, you agree to sanitize the code by removing all real user data (Personally Identifiable Information - PII), production credentials, API keys, and database dumps prior to uploading files to our portal.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

All audit reports and technical blueprints are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to identify major technical debt, architectural flaws, and security risks based on industry best practices, we cannot guarantee that every vulnerability will be discovered. Any remediation steps provided must be independently reviewed and verified by your internal engineering team before being deployed to a production environment.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CNCT IT Code Audits be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our audit reports or services.
